Nose. Lapsang souchong, seaweed drying on a fence, sweet vanilla underneath the smoke. Palate. Thick and oily. Peat smoke wrapped around dried fig, dark chocolate and a saline edge. Finish. Enormous. Tarry rope and sherry sweetness trading blows for a full minute.
