Tasting Notes

Nose, Palate, Finish

How this dram unfolds in the glass

Nose

Honeyed cereal, sultana, a rub of cinnamon bark.

Palate

Soft toffee and orchard fruit, sherry cask arriving politely halfway through.

Finish

Medium, warm, gently spiced — like the last third of a good crumble.

The Verdict

Would we buy it again at £45? Yes. It's the house pour for a reason.
